Written scope, fixed pricing, consistent crew. 22 years in commercial cleaning.
Restroom maintenance is the single most-noticed element of a commercial cleaning program. A building's restrooms communicate the standard of the entire operation to visitors, tenants, and employees. Restroom cleaning that looks done but is not thoroughly disinfected creates liability for medical facilities and a poor experience for everyone else.
| Task | Frequency |
|---|---|
| Toilet and urinal disinfection (bowl, seat, base, handle) | Each cleaning visit |
| Sink, faucet, and counter disinfection | Each cleaning visit |
| Mirror cleaning | Each cleaning visit |
| Floor mopping with disinfectant solution | Each cleaning visit |
| Trash removal and liner replacement | Each cleaning visit |
| Dispensers (soap, paper, hand dryer) — checked and reported | Each cleaning visit |
| Partition wipe-down | Weekly rotation |
| Grout scrubbing | Monthly rotation |
Restrooms in medical and dental suites require a different standard than general office restrooms. Patient-facing restrooms are high-contact surfaces in a clinical environment and need documented disinfection rather than standard cleaning. For medical practices in Fountain Hills — several of which are located in the professional suite cluster near the intersection of Saguaro Boulevard and Shea Boulevard — we use a clinical restroom protocol that documents product, dwell time, and method for each disinfection task.
If your practice has infection control requirements from a licensing board or accreditation body, share them during the quote process and we will build them into the scope.
Paper products, soap, and hand sanitizer are the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified in the scope. We check levels at each visit and notify the facility manager when supplies are low. If you prefer us to manage consumable restocking, that is a separate scope item and quoted accordingly.
