Answers to questions we hear most from facility managers and office managers in the East Valley.
Commercial and professional spaces only. This includes offices, medical and dental practices, retail spaces, multi-tenant buildings, and light commercial facilities in Fountain Hills and within a 25-mile radius. We do not clean residential properties.
After the quote is accepted and the walk-through is complete, we typically start within 7–10 business days. Facilities with urgent timelines should mention this in the quote request.
Yes. We arrive with all cleaning products and equipment. Paper products, soap, and restroom consumables are the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified in the written scope.
A 4,000 sq ft office with 10–20 staff typically works well on a 3-night-per-week schedule — enough to keep restrooms, break rooms, and common areas presentable without the cost of nightly cleaning. High-traffic offices, or those with clients visiting daily, usually warrant nightly cleaning. We make a specific recommendation in the written quote after reviewing your traffic and layout.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation on all cleaning staff. A certificate of insurance is provided with every written quote. See our insured and bonded page for more detail.
Contact us the next business day. We document the issue against the scope of work and address it at the next scheduled clean at no additional charge. Persistent misses trigger a crew review. We have a written scope for exactly this reason — it makes the conversation specific rather than subjective.
Some accounts require weekend cleaning and we accommodate that in the scope. Our office hours are Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm. Cleaning crews operate on the schedule defined in the scope of work, which may include weekends.
Fountain Hills, AZ and communities within a 25-mile radius. This includes Rio Verde, Scottsdale, Fort McDowell, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Tonto Verde.
Our standard agreement is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. We do not require a long-term contract on initial quotes. Accounts that choose annual agreements sometimes negotiate a price adjustment; that conversation happens after the first month of service.
Access procedures are documented during the walk-through and written into the operational notes section of the scope. Key codes, fob access, alarm procedures, and crew check-in requirements are all recorded and followed. Access information is held by the assigned crew lead and their direct manager only.
