From initial quote to first clean. Every step is documented.
The first 30 days of a new cleaning contract are where most contractor relationships break down. Scope drift happens, crew substitutions go unannounced, or the frequency agreed in conversation differs from what shows up in practice. Our process is built to eliminate all three problems before the first clean begins.
You submit the form on this site or call (866) 958-8773 during business hours. We respond the next business day. No after-hours promises — the phone is staffed Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
We issue a written quote that includes a draft scope of work: each area to be cleaned, the method, the product category, and the frequency. You can mark it up, negotiate it, or decline it. Nothing is assumed.
Before the first clean, we walk the space with whoever manages your building. This is where we note floor types, restroom fixtures, access restrictions, after-hours entry procedures, and anything else that affects the scope. The walk-through typically takes 20–40 minutes depending on facility size.
We assign a primary crew to your account. You know who is coming before the first night. If there is a crew change, you are notified in advance. We do not substitute silently.
The first clean follows the agreed scope. For facilities that have not had professional cleaning recently, we may flag items that need additional attention in the first visit — and we price those separately if they are outside the standard scope.
After the first month, we contact the facility manager to review the scope against observed conditions. Frequency, rotation of deep-clean tasks, and any scope adjustments are confirmed in writing before any change takes effect.
