We review your submission the next business morning and contact you with questions if needed. Initial response is by the close of the next business day.
The quote includes a draft scope of work: what gets cleaned, how often, what products we use, and the fixed price per visit. Nothing is left to interpretation.
If the quote works for you, we schedule a walk-through of the facility to finalise the scope, then set a start date. First clean typically happens within 7–10 business days of agreement.
